Dear St. Paul’s School Family,
 
It is exciting and gratifying to be part of St. Paul’s Catholic Church and School community.  We are blessed to have an active and growing parish, filled with many faithful people who honor God by giving generously of their time, talent and treasure. We are grateful to God for the blessings he has bestowed on us, and as we look forward to celebrating St. Paul’s graduating Class of 2018 this spring, we are called to join together to continue building God’s kingdom.
 
Today, we ask you to stand with us in support of St. Paul’s historic capital campaign, A Legacy of Faith.  This campaign aims to address the pressing needs facing our parish and school community. The funds raised in this effort will support our Phase 1 projects, including important school improvements, construction of a new church, and addressing much-needed parish building and infrastructure projects. 
 
We are especially excited about how this fundraising effort will improve the education environment for our St. Paul’s students. The original school, built in 1949 and expanded in 1995, needs enhancements that will increase the school building’s efficiency, improve sustainability, and provide a more comfortable environment for students, faculty, and staff. With funds raised in this effort, we plan to:

1. Install new school windows that can be opened when the weather permits;
2. Install a new HVAC system, allowing our school building to be more energy efficient and maintain a balanced temperature year-round;
3. Add four pre-Kindergarten classrooms to the existing church building, which will eliminate the need for portable classrooms and bring our youngest members closer to the rest of our school community.

These fundamental improvements will allow us to offer an improved learning atmosphere to students immediately, while helping us long-term to reduce energy costs and allocate more funds to strengthening our church and school.
 
A Legacy of Faith is indeed the work of the Lord, and only with your help can we advance the faith and educational mission of this St. Paul’s community. In light of all we hope to accomplish, we ask you to prayerfully consider a commitment of $25 per week, or $100 per month for five years, for a total gift of $6,000.  While we do not know what your family’s obligations are, we do know that such a commitment will have a profound impact on our community’s future and will inspire other St. Paul’s families to give.
